AIC provides two forms of capital to growing companies: angel investment (equity) for early-stage, scalable businesses, and structured business loans (debt) for established companies that want to keep full ownership.

Rates are risk-based and depend on time in business, cash-flow consistency, and product type. Every offer includes the full amortization schedule before you sign.
It depends on the product. Equipment financing is secured by the equipment itself; other products may or may not require collateral.
Yes, and it's encouraged. AIC does not charge prepayment penalties on any loan product.
Most applicants receive a term sheet or loan offer within 7–10 days of applying, and funding follows within 14 days of signing.
No. Applying is free, and there's no obligation to accept any offer you receive.
Recent bank statements, a summary of intended use of funds, and formation documents cover most of it.
